GID 2026 Confirms Keynotes, Expands Senior Programme and Strengthens Media Partnerships Under the Motto “Turning Capital into Execution”
Frankfurt / London – The Global Infrastructure Dialogue (GID) 2026 will take place on 29–30 June 2026 at the Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, bringing together senior decision-makers from across institutional investment, infrastructure funds, private credit, development banks and policymakers.
Under the 2026 motto, “Turning Capital into Execution,” GID responds to a market environment defined by higher financing costs, geopolitical complexity and increasing capital selectivity. The focus is clear: disciplined deployment, strategic value creation and execution capability across the capital stack.

These keynote sessions set the tone for two days of high-level discussion on capital allocation, macro risk, insurance capital and long-term infrastructure strategy.

GReD 2025 Concludes in Frankfurt With Powerful Insights on AI, Innovation, and the Future of Real Estate
Frankfurt, 11 November 2025 — The German Real Estate Dialogue (GReD) 2025 successfully concluded in Frankfurt, bringing together senior executives, institutional investors, developers, asset managers, financiers, and policymakers for strategic dialogue, market insights, and confidential exchange.
The morning opened with two thought-provoking keynote sessions:
by a Senior Economist at Deutsche Bank, posed the central macroeconomic challenge: “Germany in a Shifting World – Ready for a Restart?”
and a senior expert of urban developments who spoke about “Dark Yoga” — a visionary concept exploring hybrid urban structures, resilience, and adaptive use models.
These presentations laid the foundation for deep discussions throughout the day, touching on artificial intelligence, capital restructuring, urban transformation, and the future competitive position of Germany. Both keynote speakers emphasized a shared truth: Germany must remain adaptable, innovative, and open to international impulses to unlock tomorrow’s opportunities.
In private roundtables and curated 1:1 exchanges, participants debated whether Germany is ready to actively shape AI and technological transformation — or whether it will continue to respond to impulses from the US and other global markets. There was broad consensus: Germany must develop the courage to innovate and to learn from international trends — while building its own solutions.
Key Takeaways from GReD 2025:
“GReD is not a conference — it's a strategic dialogue and an innovative platform for senior decision makers,” said Florentina Freise, Managing Director of Dialogue Capital. “The question is no longer if change will happen, but whether the German real estate industry will lead this change — or simply observe it.”
GReD 2026 will return to Frankfurt, expanding its focus on AI-enabled asset transformation, cross-border capital flows, and resilient urban development.

GReD 2025 in Frankfurt – KI, Innovation und Zukunftsfähigkeit im Mittelpunkt
Frankfurt, 11.
Einem Senior Economist bei der Deutschen Bank, stellte die zentrale Frage: „Germany in a Shifting World – Ready for a Restart?“

The United States is breaking records in its level of energy production and expectations are for even higher U.S. production for crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids through 2022. Nearly all of this growth is coming from unconventional basins, or shales, as improvements in horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing drive increased recoveries and efficiencies that enable profitable drilling. On the demand side, natural gas needs are growing from more coal to natural gas switching for power generation, increased industrial activity and higher exports from the U.S.
