Leadership

Florentina Freise, Managing Director and Founder of Dialogue Capital
For more than 16 years, Florentina Freise, based in London, has convened senior decision-makers across the global real assets sector, delivering high-level platforms for institutional investors, asset managers, and operators in Frankfurt, Prague, Warsaw, Paris, and New York.
Her professional foundation was shaped at Sorbonne in Paris and at Humboldt University of Berlin, where she completed her PhD in September 2025. Her research examined urban integration, access to cities, housing, and self-organised infrastructure, offering a systems-level perspective on how communities, capital, and assets embed into metropolitan environments—and how these dynamics shape the future of infrastructure in London as a global city. Earlier, she published a book on the Isokon Building (2009), analysing modernist housing as early social and economic infrastructure and as a precursor to serial prefabrication and luxury serviced residential development within London’s prime real estate market.
Alongside her academic work, she contributed to international microfinance initiatives at Investitionsbank Berlin, collaborating with institutions including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, OECD, and the European Commission. She later worked in France under the auspices of the German Federal Foreign Office, including with the Goethe-Institut.
Across Europe, the UK, and the United States, Florentina was recognised early in the Who's Who of Real Estate (2013); and is continuing bridging institutional and capital markets, with a consistent focus on long-term capital allocation across real estate and infrastructure.
